If you teach Environmental Science, World Geography, Human Geography, Global Studies, Biology/Life Science, World History, or the AP counterparts, this course is perfect for you. Presented topics focus on global development, human quality of life, natural resources, and environmental sustainability. **Format** This is an online, asynchronous course, which means there are no required real-time interactions between the instructor and students. Please note that this is different from independent study; assignments and discussions must be completed by the indicated due dates. You will be required to contribute to online discussion boards, submit weekly lesson plan assignments, and complete a final reflection, all built to provide you with meaningful feedback and materials to use within your own educational setting. **Teachers Can Earn:** **CEUs** Hours Earned: 45 Clock Hours (4.5 CEUs) Cost: $80 **Graduate University Credit:** Graduate Education (ED) or Science Education (SCED) credit from Adams State University. Credits Earned: 3.0 Cost = $260 ($80 base fee + $180 for grad credits) Note: All participants enrolled for graduate credit must ALSO pay the base course fee for PD clock hours.
