In this interactive session, we’ll share lessons that help students investigate their own community and environment, empowering them to address local issues while connecting their learning to global challenges. Through hands-on modeling, an interactive story, and real-world observation, we’ll examine the health of a local river over time and identify key indicators of a sustainable community, including essential places and resources.
