Join us on Wednesday, October 29th, from 4:30-5:45 pm ET for a free online workshop where we will examine the critical role that women and girls play in shaping population growth dynamics.

In this interactive session, we'll explore historic fertility data and analyze how quality of life indicators, like access to education, can impact demographic trends. Then, we will discuss and analyze poems related to girls’ education, diving into the voice, meaning, and mood.

This webinar features lessons that are great for 6-12 social studies and ELA teachers, but all educators are welcome to attend. Register today and leave with resources that help students unpack data, make real-world connections, and critically think about the factors that impact our demographically divided world.

All participants will receive:

  • Our Teaching Population lesson pack with 62 of our “best of” hands-on lesson plans for grades K-12.
